I had never participated in organized exercise and was stuck in a routine of using the same machines every day. Robert introduced me to positive and fun exercise, with change, challenge and support. He independently organized a daily class that mixes up routines, incorporates cardio, strength and even stretch, so our workout is a new, tough surprise every day. He took an interest in my personal needs to incorporate weights, ropes, machines and simple but challenging drills. He even texts a new “challenge” daily to encourage and support me.
